Corporate Events and Team Building

Our outdoor events are perfect for mixing people together, building team cooperation, and adding fun challenges into your corporate event or away day.

We can custom build sessions and team challenges to suit your group by combining any of our activities:

Scavenger / Treasure Hunts

Our treasure hunts are always extremely popular and a lot of fun! Divide your group into teams of 3-6 people, and we’ll send them all over the island (by jeep, by car, or on foot) to answer questions, take photographs and collect objects. The team with the most points at the end of the session, wins! There is also the option to include ‘micro-challenges’ - 15 minute games built around archery or Segway, where the teams can win additional points. We usually have a morning start and finish at a restaurant so that you are together for a group lunch. This activity is a great way to mix up people who would not usually work together, or to bring a department together as a team.

Kayaking Games

We can organise group sea kayaking tours ranging from a full day on the water, to a one hour taster sessions to fit in with your larger programme of events.

For corporate groups, we recommend you try our range of kayaking team games! We use large sit-on-top kayaks as the basis for a variety of fun races and competitive games. These don’t require any previous experience, skills or fitness, but the team will get very wet and should be ok in the water. It’s all very silly, a lot of fun, and a great way to get your group mixed up and interacting with each other in a less formal way.
